The class begins with grounding breathwork and eases into a graceful sequence of flowing alignment-based asanas (postures) that synchronize breath with movement, promoting strength, flexibility, and inner clarity. After the invigorating flow, the class transitions into a blissful yin phase where you are invited to explore supported and gentle yin poses. Here props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are used to create a sense of energetic release and relaxation.
