Vinyasa Yoga

Wednesday 6pm – 7pm
Saturday 8.30am – 9:30am

Yin Yang Yoga

Saturday 10am – 11am

Find balance with this unique class blending the best of both worlds—gentle Yin postures and energizing Yang movements. Begin with deep stretches to calm the body and mind, then move into a flow that strengthens and revitalizes. Perfect for those looking to harmonize their practice.

 

Gentle Flow Yoga

Sunday 9am – 10am

Ease into your practice with Gentle Flow Yoga—designed for all levels. Flow through a series of calming and mindful movements to release tension and create space in your body. A perfect class for beginners or anyone seeking a slower-paced practice.

 

Yin Yoga

Sunday 10.30am – 11.30am

Slow down and dive deep into relaxation with Yin Yoga. This practice focuses on long-held, passive stretches that target the connective tissues and joints, promoting deep release and flexibility. A calming way to balance your energy, ideal for all levels.

 

ABOUT CECILIA

An experienced 500hr Yoga Alliance teacher, Reiki Master and Change Consultant, Cecilia integrates ancient and modern holistic practices to support you in finding balance and satisfaction in daily life.
With experience gained across India, Australia, California and Berlin, Cecilia’s Yoga instruction draws on a range of methods including Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Power, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Paying homage to the cultural and ancient roots of today’s practices, Sanskrit, Mantra chanting and Meditation are often integrated into her classes. Yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, and Five Element Theory (Traditional Chinese Medicine) also influence her approach.
