About you
The ideal candidate will bring a friendly, approachable, and confident manner, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will demonstrate strong organisational abilities and a keen attention to detail, enabling them to manage tasks efficiently and accurately. The role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively within a small team, while comfortably multitasking in a busy, public-facing environment.
While not essential, experience in front-of-house roles, hospitality, retail, or cultural venues would be highly valued, particularly if accompanied by an interest in creative practice, culture, events, or community-led spaces.
On a personal level, the successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused. They will remain calm under pressure, adapt readily to changing priorities, and genuinely enjoy helping people to create positive experiences. A strong alignment with Custom Lane’s community-focused and creative ethos is also important.
