Unwind and reconnect with an integrative practice that weaves physical poses with breath work.

Allow yourself to be guided through a sequence of physical poses and breathwork designed to help you mindfully explore your range of movement, improve mental clarity and regulate your nervous system. All classes end with a nourishing resting pose.

Modifications offered for all levels. Hands-on assists (optional).


An experienced 500hr Yoga Alliance teacher, Reiki Master and Change Consultant, Cecilia integrates ancient and modern holistic practices to support you in finding balance and satisfaction in daily life.
With experience gained across India, Australia, California and Berlin, Cecilia’s Yoga instruction draws on a range of methods including Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Power, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Paying homage to the cultural and ancient roots of today’s practices, Sanskrit, Mantra chanting and Meditation are often integrated into her classes. Yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, and Five Element Theory (Traditional Chinese Medicine) also influence her approach.
