Pammie’s classes combine the wisdom of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow practices for a steady and considered mind-body practice. As a trained health psychologist she is passionate about creating a safe space for students to explore change.

Pammie discovered Yoga practice and Pranayama (breathwork) when she was a student in Germany and the UK. To deepen her own practice and learn more about yoga and its origins, she completed her yoga teacher training in 2017 in Zurich, Switzerland.

With a deep admiration for learning and exploring different yoga paths, Pammie attends regular workshops and trainings. She looks forward to sharing her yoga practice and to supporting people from all walks of life in their individual path to a more wholesome and fulfilling daily life.
