“I would love to live like a river flows, carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.”
– John O’Donohue
What gets in the way of our flourishing?
It is a condition of being human to be motivated towards growth only to find that something is holding us back. While this is the foundation of creativity, it can also leave us feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns of thought. Neuroscience is now confirming what many ancient, wisdom traditions have been teaching all along – that the content of our experience is not as important as the quality of our relationship to it.
Unhindered is a four-hour workshop designed to invite us out of the thinking that all too often stands in the way of our growth and into the creative intelligence of the body. Through somatic practices that cultivate a sense of grounded awareness and compassionate presence, we will begin to explore the creative possibility of being. Combining yin yoga, mindful meditation and breathwork, Unhindered creates the conditions conducive to life, that is, being open to and ready for everything.

Dave Bradley is a medical doctor and mindfulness teacher. Over the last couple of years he has been exploring existential wellbeing through contemplative and psychedelic approaches as part of a Churchill Fellowship.
Kelly Yates is the founder of Leela Wellness, guiding embodied mind, movement and energy practices. Her work helps people reconnect with themselves, cultivating greater harmony and balance in life.
